Getting Stronger, Still Don't Have Chiseled Abs
After just 5 training sessions at Fusion PT, I'm starting to feel much stronger and have even started to notice a little teeny bit of muscle definition. I've been working out two days a week, one day focused on lower body (AKA trash your legs Tuesday) and one on upper (don't have a cute name for this yet), with core exercises on both days.
After my first c-section, I thought I would never have a strong core ever again. From the picture above, a rock solid core is a ways away, but at least I can now do beginner versions of planks, v-sits, dead bugs, and Swiss ball roll outs with only the normal pain that comes with these exercises.
