There's one big development from my last update: I've been given the ok by my doctor to do slightly more exercise. That doesn't mean running, but it does mean dipping my toes into the pool for some very short, very easy swims. Swimming is still very painful (from muscles and ligaments stretching out) so my 20 minute sessions are more about pain management than about holding intervals. But, I'm ok with that and you can read more about how I've been coping in this Q&A from FitBump.com.
Also, we have a due date, or I should say, a planned c-section date: January 14 (one week before Amy's birthday).
And lastly, what they say about being clumsy and awkward at 7 months pregnant is true. I tripped, fell, and crashed hard last night. Everything is fine, but I am bruised and stiff and feel like I fell off my bike. As my dad said, "good thing you know how to fall." Helps to be an athlete sometimes!
