2011 NYC Triathlon Video

Anyone who raced the NYC Tri this year should watch this video to see if you can find yourself.  There's some great footage of both the age groupers and the pros.  If you didn't race this year, you'll probably want to after watching this!  

Nike Visit

Bec & Laurel just spent a few days at the Nike campus in Beaverton, Oregon.  While there, the twins performed V02 max tests, tested their vision and reaction times, caught up the Livestrong team, got interviewed and photographed, and, of course, spent quality time working out at the Lance Armstrong fitness center.

The V02 max tests are part of a confidential research study, but here's a quick look at Laurel starting off her test.

  

Laurel and Bec recorded nearly identical scores, which matched the scores recorded for the same test in March.  The results - in the high 70's - are now in the record books for the highest ever recorded at the Nike lab--and possibly ever recorded by twins??
